Property Caretaker Wanted in Schedevi

Do you want a varied and independent job where you work practically and are an important part of a safe environment for others? We are now looking for a property caretaker for 100% with a start as soon as possible for our properties in Schedevi outside Rimforsa.

About the Position

You will be responsible for both the exterior and interior maintenance of our properties. The work is planned and led in collaboration with the property manager and involves close cooperation with colleagues in the organization.

Your tasks include:

Regular caretaker tasks indoors and outdoors
Ongoing maintenance and repairs
Supervision and control of water, heating, sewage treatment plants, and similar facilities
Practical work to create a safe, pleasant, and well-functioning environment

We would like you to have experience in property maintenance and/or relevant education. Craft education is a merit. The position requires a B driver's license.
